Because of our climate, setting your air conditioning too low can cause equipment failure. If you believe your air conditioner has stopped working, turn it off, read through #4 “Preparing for a Service Call” and then call Advanced Air Systems at (360) 693-1757.
Consistent annual check-ups by a licensed technician are also an important part of maintaining your equipment and are recommended by the equipment manufacturer. If performed on a regular annual schedule, maintenance can extend the life of your equipment and improve it's reliability and efficiency. Warranties, such as Advanced Air Systems’ First Year Workmanship Warranty or a manufacturer’s extended parts and labor warranty, cover regular service calls performed Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
For the convenience and comfort of our customers, Advanced Air Systems is available during evenings and weekends for repair calls. After-hours service is subject to premium rates and customers with a warranty are responsible for the difference between the regular and after-hours rates.
