Improper sizing is one of the most common mistakes made and will lower the efficiency of your equipment and shorten its life expectancy. You can trust that our experienced representatives use the industry standard “Manual J” calculation for sizing all of our HVAC systems.
A quality installation is crucial to the peak performance of the system and our technicians are experts in quality! They are highly trained and experienced in a wide range of system types and applications. Continuing education classes keep them up-to-date with the ever-changing technology in our industry and along with knowing the technical aspect of installation, our technicians are friendly, courteous and informative!
Protecting the planet is also a part of everyday business at Advanced Air Systems. We reclaim and recycle all old refrigerants rather than allowing them to be vented into the atmosphere. We also separate and recycle old heating and cooling equipment to be reused in the creation of new products, instead of sending the material to a landfill.
You will find that the products we offer carry excellent warranties that cover the equipment in the unlikely event of a failure. However, these warranties are specific to the equipment and the parts inside of it that come from the manufacturer. They do not cover the other components of the installation such as the refrigerant lines or condensate system. For your peace of mind, Advanced Air Systems will warranty any defect in workmanship, parts and labor, for 12 full months after our installation!
Advanced Air Systems provides a limited lifetime warranty on all new ductwork installed by our company.
The final step to our comprehensive installation process is to perform a 12th Month Comfort Assurance Check-Up. This means that after one full year our technician will return to look the system over, test the system operations to ensure that it is operating at its peak capacity and answer any questions you may have regarding the operation and maintenance of the system.
Consistent annual maintenance performed by a licensed technician is recommended by the manufacturer and often required to sustain your warranty coverage.
